It’s rarely a successful improvement strategy to change too much about an organisation at one go. How do you know what has worked and what hasn’t. Massive roll of the dice. It feels like a broken project. I don’t think we have players naturally gifted enough to play in this system and I don’t think Farke is a good enough coach to be able to improve them to the extent where they they can.
