He's a really nice guy, with a fascinating approach.

But he's done nothing significant yet. He inherited a Rotherham side in trouble. They went down. They came back up. Now he's got to sharpen his teeth at this level.

If he keeps them up and they start well next season, OK. But hardly just yet.
