If anything, things now are worse in some aspects than when Walker went for the second time.
We've a better squad now than then-yet the parallels are there.
Whilst I'm sure that, for all Walker's "failings" 2nd time round, most, if not all of the players were behind him-something which I think could be said is not the case now.
Plus there was no reliance upon and the frittering of money on pointless loan signings then either.
You've set a precedent Roger, act on it. Or wasn't Mike Walker a regular dinner party pal?
