I agree with a lot of that....just a few points

Every fan of every club craves success. We are no different to the other 91. Social media has made the pressure on managers so much higher. However most people wanted Alex Neil out. We were going nowhere.

There is a big argument to say we should have stayed with Alan Irvine. Generally his results were good and the football entertaining. Also he gave Madderz his first chance.

For the time being we must stick with the Farke experiment. Way too early to get rid (and then leave ourselves with a load of European players on contract with a UK manager). Yes I'm a bit concerned as well, but must remember we got an away draw at Brum, lost by the odd goal to a team who won their next game 7-1 and were then beaten in 93rd minute. Got to give it a chance.
