For some reason (probably natural cynicism that 'pen island' is a spoof or fraudsters) this reminds me of the tale of the fraudster dildo company that would send refund cheques payable by Big Dildos Inc or similar, knowing most recipients wouldnt cash them (back in the day you had to go to branch and complete paying in slips etc)
