It’s good so long as it’s not an act of tokenism.

Fortunately with Kelly Cates it’s definitely not tokenism. She’s become a brilliant analyst of the game and interviewer over the years and it’s always great to hear her point of view or analysis of a situation or incident. I always liked her with Ian Wright on 606 as she was the calming voice among the sea of idiots. More people like her in the game would be excellent.
