Just watched the highlights

Didn't realise at the game that Klose deflected the shot past Krul for their gol. Pivotal moment for me was West Brom getting a gift of a penalty which just prior to being awarded their fans were starting to vent at them (they were dogs**t first half didn't look interested at all) and I thought we had their number. Second half they came out a totally different team and pressed the f**k out of us and we basically lost the plot a bit. Enjoyed the game result aside.
