Fenton loop round Whitty this morning before the ☀️got it's hat on. All good walk done, mount up the vehicle and bowl off home and "hangonneraminute" there's a really old dude trundling down the road towing a suitcase with a pack on his back. "Wonder what TF he's up to?" I think. Drive on 150 meteres and there's an old woman, same detail. Drive along a bit and think f**k it, so reverse back to the woman "do you need a lift?" Yes but my husband is back there and we've a lot of luggage. Where are you going? Trowse bus stop. No problemo jump in we can sort it out.

So we had a wee chat and turns out she was 93 and they were Dutch on holiday staying in Norwich and seeing Britain and decided to camp at Whitlingham.
