Wes and Russell Martin at Run Norwich.

Just reminded me what a pair of fine chaps they are.

Wes has no obligation to us now and doesn't owe us anything.

Russell Martin was there and on good form despite being out of the picture at the moment and having come in for some stick in recent years.

Would have been much easier for both of them to stay at home.
