Out of time is hard to judge, as there's a few classics in there and a lot of filler.
I have a soft spot for accelerate, as it came at the start of a really s**tty year for me, but was just what I needed at the time. There's some great stuff on it.
There's some really nice stuff on the post berry albums... But, whereas the first ten albums have indispensable tracks, much of the later stuff is simply good, rather than great. I'm glad it's there.
Except Around the sun. Which is dreadful.
Not sure that the comparison with footy clubs works particularly. With ongoing sports teams there's always churn and the attachment (or not) I feel for the clubs often depends more on approach.
There was a really warm glow for me when Worcestershire (cricket) went up last year with 10 out of the 11 as players we'd developed.
With Norwich, I dunno, but I like that we try and develop players and bring them on, rather than just buying in whoever. Which is probably why I flinch at the yells for a big money backer.
We might get a bit more success. But I'd feel less invested in it all.
