I don't think so, not in today's climate

A good young striker who's only going to get better as he gets older with a decent goalscoring record (exceptional everywhere but for Newcastle where its still not bad) wherever he's been from a very young age including at international level, and off the back of a very good season and impressive world cup.

Price has gone up from £13m to £22m+ in 3 years..
That a pretty much just inflation in footballer price terms
