Interesting. This is the problem with a referendum: who has the time to sort the truth fro

the lies? The only people with the time and authority to interrogate the claims are MPs. I read that piece, and it's totally plausible, but then I haven't read Cadwalladr's claims in context. The whole debate prior to the referendum was at such a low level that it's not surprising that the outcome has been shambolic. It's a bit rich of him to start trying to be more forensic now, having been at least partly responsible for the lowest common denominator tone of the Leave campaign
