That it does not feel as bad as I thought it might and the squad feels better equipped in terms of depth this year.

Let’s not kid ourselves though. Maddison got us a lot of points almost single handed last season so it’s going to take a significant improvement in performance of almost all areas of the team to counteract that. Remains to be seen if Farke can get that out of them. Certainly not out of the question.
