OT - Vodafone upgrades

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has experience of upgrading a phone with Vodafone.

Have been with them now for approx. 20 months, and was told in the shop that some of the newer 3G phones would be about ?200, which is rather steep!

Has anyone any experience of (a) ordering their upgrade over the phone and getting it cheaper or (b) waiting a month or two and the price coming down?
