I’m not writing him off

I’m saying on what grounds is he better then what we have?

He hasn’t played regular football and has been plagued by serious injuries! People are saying good signing etc from there memories of tim krul... which ok he was and could still be a good keeper! But in reality he hasn’t had game time, doesn’t know our squad and could still be plagued by injuries hence nobody looking at him!

The goalkeeper needs confidence and to gain confidence he needs a settled defence! Has Remi or McGovern had that? No the defence has chopped and changed every game as has the keepers!

We get asked to invest into our academy and we get maybe a goalkeeper who is ok league 1 level but not given a chance!
