not me but some of my fellers stole it from the a Canadian Mess after a night on the pop. The next day I get a call from my Canadian counterpart "Your guys stole our Bison last night?" "Err, I doubt it very much what makes you think they did?" him: "Well, let me just tell you that the last Brit Officer that stole it was given a reprimand and flown back to the UK the next day" "ah, ok let me look into it"

Goes round accommodation and it was tucked up in some c**ts bed laid on a pillow lolf. They'd took it down town to a disco in a taxi and then brought it back and put him to bed. A f**king gret big buffaloes head.

Lots of episodes of picked up squaddies taking armoured vehicles for joyrides etc. There's one apocryphal yarn about a lad that stole a Stalwart amphibious vehicle and went back to the UK across the channel to watch a footy match but it sank and he drowned. Happy days.
