Norwich City can confirm that Yanic Wildschut has joined Bolton Wanderers on a season-long loan.

Wildschut, 26, has left the Canaries German training camp to travel to Greater Manchester.

Wildschut has made 29 appearances for the Canaries, scoring twice since he joined from Wigan Athletic in January 2017. He spent the second half of last season on loan to Cardiff City.

He is due be at the Macron Stadium for the 2018-19 campaign. However, there is an option for him to return to the Canaries in January.
