Am I the only person absolutely sick and tired of everything being political?

Why does everyone have to be deliberately trying to annoy everyone else? This is a football forum! Why are some people generally being pricks and others virtue signalling to the world? Or shrieking at the sight of a newspaper whose politics doesn't line up with their own?

Maybe it's just because I'm young and naive. Maybe it's because I'm a (insert label designed to insult your political opponents here). I wouldn't ever want to stop anyone expressing their opinions, or calling me whatever names they think are appropriate. I'm a big boy, I can take it. But I just want to talk about the football. Because surely that's what we're all here for?

Maybe it's just me though.
