Last time we lost a semi-final, we didn't get through the

group stages of the following Euros, and failed to qualify for the next World Cup.

Let's hope this time is different. All signs that it will be, with such a young squad and more coming through. Critical that we keep Southgate though, and learn how to keep the ball in midfield. Maddison can help that I am sure, but need a couple more players like that if not the same talent level.

Ashley Young really surprised me in a positive way this tournament. Well done Ashley. But now get Danny Rose in that position as we gradually migrate to Sessegnon playing there.
