Let’s be honest we played quite well at times and maybe better than expected but

This is a team with limitations, especially in midfield where we do not have the players to slow/control the tempo of the game and take the sting out of it and I think Southgate’s subs have at times been a bit questionable.

We will quite probably end up having Lost 3 games so I think the heroes stuff is a bit over the top. A team we can like and take pride in yes, hopefully one that can develop into a side that wins us a tournament in the next 8 years but still a Work in progress.
