Anyone had any luck fighting compo with Ryanair?

We had a good 10 hour delay and then flight was diverted to Birmingham instead of stansted.

The first few hours we were told technical issues, then when plane arrived it was lack of cabin crew, then in mid air we were told emergency runway repair at stansted..

Basically they have blamed stansted for the delays, we know stansted didn’t have issues with the run way, as an easyJet flight landed 20 mins before our flight, and one took off just after! So Ryanair are talking bollocks!

Ryanair are saying we aren’t due anything because it was out off there hands! Any information fighting these clowns would help!
