Gutted

Too many memories of 90 and 96 flooding back. Gutted we didn't go a step further, gutted my boys have the exact same memory of their first world cup, gutted for the team because they could have put it away in the first half.

Got further than I expected, enjoyed the whole tournie more than I expected, but you get this far and you want more.

Wife telling me 'go again in four years!' just wound me right the f**k up. Going to bed before someone else says something stupid.

Gotta face my French colleague at work tomorrow and a Kiwi boss who knows f**k all about footy.

Gonna be a long day.
