rithms, though they're each a part of us. And that's all I know about that subject. I've thought about it probably too hard for too long, but haven't worked it out yet. Not much of a motivational guru or life coach (which to my mind are just two of the newer ways of making a living).
No answers I'm afraid. Sleep helps, but that's easier said than done. Keep on keeping on: failing that, beer.
