trouble is getting rid of the players we currently have

Etuhu is on a 3 year contract. Robinson still has 2 years left. Hughes has at least 2 years left. Jarrett has 2 years left. I can't see many people lining up to sign any of them, and releasing them from their contracts won't be cheap, and will reduce our transfer budget. And keeping them whilst buying new players will constrain who we can bring in, as they will be eating up part of the wage budget.
