We need someone capable of making a team play with passion, doing the basics and being able to develop a squad wihout resorting to loans.
There are currently a handful of good young english managers about doing the business without having a bean to spend. With our facilities, fanbase and modest resources for this division it would be a good proposition for them.
But instead we must have infinite patience for a manager who has displayed woeful judgement in the transfer market for the majority of his buys, fears any sign of skill, fears youth and thinks that what cut it 15 years ago still gets results in 2006
