constant f**king about with the exam system by the government really doesn't help

question papers can be years in the writing, then some c**t like Gove comes along and tells everyone to throw all that out the window and start again and to do it all immediately(ish) without allowing any proper time for the planning of how the changes are to be made, at the same time as still having to run the old systems.

still, hell of a f**k up.
