What This Club is Missing

Norwich City is really in need of a Director of Football. The Board definitely has talents in the area of business. What they are lacking is any football sense.
Also needed is a layer of management between themselves and Worthington as they have become too close making it hard to carry out the hard decision. A Duncan Forbes type between the Board and the manager would do a world of wonder I believe. In addition I would really like to see a management team of Kevin Keegan/Mark Bowen. Keegan for the short term if he could be persuaded with Bowen as his apprentice with the view to being the longer term choice. Ambitious I know but at least a return to the flair football most of us seek.
