agree with gus.

liverpool can have absolutely no complaints about not being in the tournament next year. If they weren't good enough to finish 4th - or if they were, but didn't try because they thought it wasn't important - then tough sh*t.

They, Everton and everyone else knew the rules at the start of the season. And you can't go changing them half-way through. Everton deserve to be in it, Liverpool don't.
