To be expected. Personally I would make four or five changes and then go for it...

Vardy for Kane, Cahill for Walker (yellow card), Dier for Henderson. Would also like to rest Loftus-Cheek because of his yellow card, but would not replace him with Ali - let him have another few days to get over that injury. Maybe Welbeck or Rashford could play that role?

Sub Alexander-Arnold for Trippier in about 60th minute, also get Welbeck on if he's not already, and Vardy not getting much luck.
