I am now beginning to pity Nigel Worthington

What else can you feel for someone with so little self-repect that they will carry on blithely doing a job which they simply are not capable of doing successfully? With virtually the most expensive squad in the division we beat two awful teams and he clings on, then we face a solid outfit away and are again humiliated. Does anybody actually know what our away record is since promotion?

As for Barry Skipper I think we must all feel terribly patronised by his words. All the 'We are pretty experienced at this after saving the club and think we know a thing or two' etc is insulting. It is quite obvious that the business brains which control our club know nothing whatsoever about football and football supporters.

Sadly it seems they will only respond when they start seeing their investments going down the pan so the only protests that will force them to get rid of their pal are ones which will hit the club financially and we, being loyal, don't want to do that. Catch 22?

Unless, of course, Worthington suddenly discovers some self-respect and does the decent thing. Fat chance!

So that's it for another week. Oh it's a great time to be a Norwich supporter isn't it? And what have we to look forward to? A fine game of hoofballl between two great sides at Carrow Road next week, which we might manage to win, thus ensuring the KTF brigade tell us we're all wrong again!
