You *could* actually take the view right now

that a path of, say, Japan, Brazil, France, Spain, is no worse - and possibly preferable - to a path of Colombia, Switzerland, Spain, Brazil.

Right now, I think I'd rather a crack at France than Switzerland if we still have to beat both Brazil and Spain either way.

And Japan over Colombia is a no-brainer - albeit that group is still uncertain.
