The amount of talent Chelsea have almost ruined with their policies of buying up

Young international talent and then dropping them or loaning them out to smaller clubs when they don’t make an immediate impact at a young age.

Completely missed that de Bruyne was there too. And Salah. Lukaku. Many many more over the years. Must have been many players who went that route and didn’t have the drive, support or good fortune to get second chances like the above mentioned players.

Not only Chelsea of course but it’s really a sad by product of the premier league’s success.
