it is considered effeminate amongst young kosovars to wear a seatbelt when hooning around in their VW golfs so some of them clip their seat belts in first and then sit on them. to avoid people making the mistake of thinking that they are actually wearing the seatbelt, super macho dudes can actually buy the seatbelt clip from car accessory shops for 5 euros to just clip in the buckle and then have the actual seat belt all nice and retracted and hoon about in "proper" heterosexual style. I think the Albanian mafia would have a bit to say in IS getting their grubby little paws involved in the region.
