Darling Fascist Bullyboys
I am writing because apparently your billing system does not support a simple opt out of auto-renewal of iFollow subscriptions.
I would like you to please NOT automatically renew my subscription to iFollow Norwich.
The reasons for this are because of the disappointing quality of the service in 2017 which I do not feel justifies the price of 130 euros.
* No score shown
* No time clock shown
* No professional-level commentary (none at all or one very loud amateur commentator)
* Audio consistently considerably out of sync with video - this is really a killer
* Often only one camera, panning and zooming often to odd areas during stoppages.
* Often no replays
* No automatic feed restart for second half
I have used a similar paid service from the NFL which is of the professional quality expected, so it is clearly possible (FYI price = 180 euros for 65 pre-season, 256 regular season, 11 playoff games hundreds of archived documentaries, and full access to NFL Network live channel).
I also regularly consume live streams of American Football games from Germany and Austria which are FREE using YouTube or LiveStream as a platform, yet still provide all of the above listed features. These are run by teams on very small budgets, or even by groups of fans on an amateur basis, so I am quite sure that the overhead could be absorbed for 130 euros per year per subscriber.
If I hear that these issues have been resolved, I will try a single game after the season starts to check, but I will only be interested in purchasing a subscription when this is the case. For a premium price, the customer should expect a premium service and not one which feels as though it is being run at minimal overhead to maximise profit.
Thanks and I hope the feedback helps.
