Tonight i watched the game at an Irish pub. In front of us were a group of Bulgarian chaps

supporting England.

We chatted a little later and it turns out they are big fans of England when Bulgaria are not there because of the English invention not of football but of hooliganism.

Not forty or fifty year olds but guys in their early twenties. I felt quite ashamed.
