Godfrey, maddison and Thompson

Are the model of how we should be constructing the team in the next decade.
Pick up promising youbg players with the right attitude from leagues 1&2 develop them through loans and coaching, give them a chance in the team and then, if they are tip top sell them on, Maddison style.
Godfrey, we should keep. I've really been impressed with what I've seen of him.
Key to this working, is doing it and showing it working. If we can show such young, promising players a path to further their careers that'll make us an attractive proposition.

I can't see us having a wealthy enough owner to make a chuck money at it approach viable and, at gut level, don't like that approach.

If we follow the approach above then hopefully we can retain enough good players to compete at champs/prem level.
