but I think 10m for Josh is great - I was sick and tired of hearing people say last season that he needed to improve his "decision making" (for which read "have some basic football common sense") having played 100 odd games for us - essentially, I don't think he's v good, or irreplaceable for much less - eg I think Onel H will be at least as good, if not better
