I think it's a tricky balancing act - the club doesn't want sky high expectations

That can lead to a damaging atmosphere at Carrow Road if we're not doing brilliantly.

But, the standard required to be in and around the top 6 is not that high. Even on our reduced budget, we should be able to match, or do better than say, Preston, or Brentford, or Millwall. Who were there or thereabouts.

It's about having a strategy that works based on the players we have, but also one that actually works in the championship.

I think we're getting there with a strategy that suits our players, upfront possibly being the exception, but I'm not totally sure the strategy works in the championship.
