Who was banned from being a company director after the scum fiasco, for instance? I may be wrong but I think it was, well, no-one? Which directors took actual personal responsibility beyond reaching for a dictionary and looking up "fiduciary"? Again I think it was, well, no-one.

Short-term it is a big deal and lots of "little people" lose their jobs, lots of "little companies" lose a big chunk of their top line, lots of charities can get f**ked over.

Long term the same f**kers just rinse and repeat.
