put some tomatoes on said puff pastry

eat

*that's* the kind of cooking tip we want. (Not being sarcastic here, either.)

(You do have to get your hands on some multi-coloured heritage tomatoes for the full effect here, of course. But that surely appeals to the hipster ponce in lots of us off of on here...)
