Well it’s certainly not a class issue and it’s clear, unnecessary bullying either way.

He’s been criticised for spending too much and he’s been criticised for shopping in Poundland. He’s been criticised for having the nerve to buy himself breakfast. He’s been criticised for being disrespectful to victims of gun crime despite his father being a victim of gun crime. Just last week, the Sun reported two victims of a stabbing in Sheffield and, in the first paragraph, linked it to Sterling’s tattoo. It may or may not be racist but it is at the very least disgraceful bullying.
