Upped sticks to a new abode yesterday...

First time selling and buying.
Until you go through it you don't realise how the lead up and the actual day can suck balls.
Spent an hour looking for the toaster this morning, found it packed at the bottom of the kitchen bin.
Finding it to toast my bagles (not a euphemism) felt like watching Norwich win at Wemberlee!
