The Windrush issue is a f**k up, not initially caused by the

Hostile environment but not dealt with/managed or quickly resolved in part because of the hostile environment policy and in part probably due to incompetence.

I’m not saying the hostile environment for illegal immigrants policy has not caused some associated problems but by the same token I’m don’t unquestionably accept that we have become the kind of hostile, unwelcoming country that some seem determined to portray us as often to suit their political objectives.
