But isn't it a bit of a problem

that on the interweb, the right to say that someone is "being a c**t" appears quite often to arise for all sorts of pretty trivial reasons? And is itself a pretty inflammatory remark, almost bound to lead to tempers flaring?
Not that I'm taking offence.
