4 hours a night does me...

Typically turn in between 0130 and 0200am, up at 0600am on a weekday for work. Sleep a bit longer at weekends.

Need a loud alarm though as I'd sleep all day otherwise!

Mrs WY usually up at same time but can't function if she isnt in bed by 1030-1100pm. She's a light sleeper and prone to waking between 4 and 5 and can't go back to sleep.

She's had some success with lavender oil on pillow, says it helps.
