I've never been too concerned with our ability to create chances

Just the ability to finish them and consistently make the correct decision with the final ball. Obviously the attacking play could be improved, but overall the issue is far more down to personnel.

Where I think the team can be majorly improved from a tactical view is defensively. Well, it has been at times, but it's about sticking with the best set up, barring a load of great defensive signings this summer.
