That’s nonsense

We don’t *have* to do anything. There are managers who can work wonders on low resources. Farke has failed to do so while still having decent resources, so there is no obvious reason he will do better on lower resources.

A different manager may well do. Who knows? You don’t, for sure, despite your certainty.
