I see little to suggest that we will improve

we're going to be losing some of our better players and will struggle, both in terms of wages and ambition, to attract decent replacements.

So comfortable in lower middle table like this season would probably be a decent outcome. And more chance of being in a relegation battle than a promotion fight.
