He's done a very good job at Brighton, for sure.

As you say, he's a gentleman and seemingly a nice guy and for that, I'm pleased for him and hope he continues to do well.

I wanted him to stay that last season, I felt there was a better chance of staying up with him in place for the last five days rather than Adams and if we had gone down anyway, after what he'd done at Birmingham, I would have been comfortable in him trying to get us back up. But as we know other things happened - had some good times like the playoffs and some disappointment too - such is life.
