Hughton

Hughton is a good manager now and did a decent job at Norwich for a while, but he got things very wrong in his second season...maybe he learnt from that experience. He gradually turned an exciting Lambert team which was easily holding its own in the Prem into a mundane defensive outfit that relied on Robert Snodgrass. He tried to change the style and made a string of bad signings which he couldnt recover from.
